With nearly two decades of experience in client services and office management, Angelena Madrid serves as Policy Services Administrator at Chamberlain Group. She specializes in delivering a personalized, “white glove” experience, coordinating directly with carriers, processing policy updates, and managing billing, claims, and records with care and efficiency.

Angelena is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance and has been recognized for her achievements in streamlining operations, training employees, and resolving complex client issues. Her most notable accomplishments include creating and managing a CRM database and improving customer service practices across teams.

Outside of the office, Angelena enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and her pup, Romeo. She also supports charitable organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association.
