Michael J. Kiley is the Founder and CEO of Chamberlain Group, a Southern California financial advisory firm specializing in wealth management and executive benefits for successful business owners. For over 49 years, Mike has guided prominent companies across the U.S., helping design estate and succession strategies, tax strategies, structure and fund buy-sell agreements, and create long-term incentive plans that ensure business continuity and employee retention.

Mike attended the University of the Pacific on a football scholarship, where he was named the Eddie LeBaron Scholastic Honoree. He later earned a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) degree and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation. He is also a shareholder of the M Financial Group, a Portland-based financial services firm serving public and private companies and high-net-worth families. Mike authored one of the first studies on investment volatility and its impact on variable life products and was featured as CEO of the Month on Cox Cable’s Orange County Business Journal.

As a frequent industry resource, Mike has spoken at AALU, M Advisor Meetings, and served as a resource for Vistage and YPO. He has held board positions with the Calamos Family of Mutual Funds and currently serves on the Board of M Financial Investment Advisers, Inc. He is also an Investment Advisor Representative of Vanderbilt Advisory Services, LLC and a Registered Representative of Vanderbilt Securities, LLC.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mike co-founded Wheatstone Academy in 1999, a ministry equipping high school students to grow as confident leaders in their Christian faith. He also served on the original board of Church Resource Ministries, supporting church leadership worldwide.

Dana Kiley

Advisor
(Principal Owner)

As Principal Owner of Chamberlain Group, Dana Kiley draws on over 35 years of financial expertise to guide clients in wealth management with a client-first approach while also shaping Chamberlain Group’s strategic direction. She has been instrumental in building Chamberlain Group’s reputation and community presence, and continues to shape the firm’s direction by working closely with clients on both strategic planning and day-to-day needs.

Dana began her career at Merrill Lynch before moving into boutique financial services, where she developed customized wealth management and estate planning solutions. She later played a key role in establishing an investment company, handling operations, client service standards, and client planning initiatives.

Joining Chamberlain Group in 1998 as Director of Investment Operations, Dana created an infrastructure that strengthened client services, client experience and supported the firms growth. In 2003, she became Chief Operating Officer, leading insurance and investment operations and implementing strategies that fueled expansion. Today, she continues to help clients articulate their visions of success and turn them into tailored results.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys golf, snow skiing, travel, reading, and spending time with her family. She is actively involved with Summit Ministries to equip the next generation of young Christian leaders, reflecting her commitment to mentorship and community impact that mirrors her professional dedication to developing future talent within the financial services industry.

Chad Neault CFA®

Chief Investment Officer

As Chief Investment Officer of Chamberlain Group, Chad Neault strategically leads the firm’s investment platform, overseeing asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, and client communication. He also manages the firm’s investment team, guiding workflow and strategy.

Chad previously served as Portfolio Manager at Knightsbridge Asset Management and as a Strategic Business Planner at Intel Corporation, where he evaluated merger and acquisition opportunities. His expertise spans investment strategy, business planning, and client communication.

Chad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and an MBA® from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is the past President and current Director of the CFA® Society of Orange County.

Timothy Tribbey

Executive Director of Insurance Services

With over 40 years in the insurance industry — more than three decades with Chamberlain Group — Tim Tribbey leads as Executive Director of Insurance Services. He specializes in product analysis, case design, in-force policy management, and client service.

Tim began his career at Pacific Life Insurance Company as Manager of Policyowner Service before joining Chamberlain Group in 1989. He studied Applied Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation and the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation. He also holds a Life License and Series 6 license.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys all forms of recreation and spending time with his wife, Cathy, his 5 adult children and 8 grandchildren.

Chris Roberts

Executive Director of Corporate Services

Chris Roberts leads as Executive Director of Corporate Services at Chamberlain Group, governing corporate documentation, compliance, and business planning initiatives. He plays a key role in the firm’s evolving strategic business plan, supporting growth and ensuring operational consistency.

Chris has over 20 years of industry experience, including leadership positions with Edward Jones and The Roth Companies. At Edward Jones, he developed compliance and risk management systems as well as training programs which are still in use today. At The Roth Companies, he served as COO, helping double the firm’s assets over four years and growing it from a single office to a multi-office organization.

Chris earned Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Economics, and Philosophy from Principia College in Illinois. He also holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Chris lives in Orange County with his wife, their two sons, and two dogs. He enjoys family time, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and spending time at the beach whenever possible.

Jacalyn Jalbert

Advisor

Jacalyn Jalbert advises and develops customized solutions for high-net-worth families, middle-market corporations, and individuals seeking to grow and protect assets across generations. Through wealth management strategies, insurance, and estate and succession planning she helps her clients realize their legacy.

Originally from Orange County, Jacalyn has a professional background in luxury hospitality. She served as Vice President of a vacation rental business in Kauai and worked at Montage Laguna Beach, where she led a reservations team and supported VIP clientele. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Business from Concordia University, Irvine, after beginning her education at Rhodes College on a scholarship.

Jacalyn holds a Life and Health Insurance License, a Series 7 license, and is currently working toward her Series 66. She is also active in the community through her board role with the National Charity League, Orange/Villa Park chapter.

Cameron Jalbert ChFC®

Cameron Jalbert, ChFC®, serves as an Advisor with Chamberlain Group, where he counsels successful private business owners and ultra-affluent families on the architecture, preservation, and transition of significant wealth. His practice is defined by discretion, technical depth, and a commitment to translating complex financial realities into refined, enduring legacies.

Cameron’s work centers on estate and succession planning, family governance, private and alternative investment access, proprietary insurance structuring, and multi-generational tax and gifting strategies. He is often engaged as a strategic liaison among clients’ attorneys, CPAs, bankers, and board members—ensuring every element of a family’s financial ecosystem functions with cohesion and intention.

Cameron earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from Chapman University. He completed UCLA’s Financial Planning Graduate program and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and a California Life Insurance License.

Outside the firm, Cameron serves as Board Member and CFO for his family’s Private Family Foundation and Family Office, which supports philanthropic and community initiatives worldwide.

He and his wife, Jacalyn, live in Orange County with their two children and two dogs. They share a love for family time spent outdoors, on the ocean, and in the mountains.

Megan Collins

Director if New Business

Megan Collins leads as Director of New Business at Chamberlain Group. She oversees life insurance new business underwriting and implementation, marketing support, research, advanced design strategies, and client communication.

With more than 17 years of experience in compliance, policy analysis, and client presentations, Megan is proficient in all aspects of new business processes. She previously worked at Executive Benefit Programs, Inc. Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from California State University, Fullerton, and is licensed as a Life and Health Agent by the California Department of Insurance. She also holds a Level One certification from the Academy of Life Underwriting.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with family (husband and two sons) and friends, spending time outdoors - hiking and watching kids’ sports (baseball, golf, and water polo), reading & cooking.

Shannon Hurley

Office Administrator

Shannon Hurley serves as the Office Administrator at Chamberlain Group, where she provides administrative and operational support to the firm's leadership while helping ensure a seamless experience for clients. She oversees executive scheduling, travel coordination, client communications, office operations, and special projects, playing a key role in the firm's day-to-day efficiency.

With more than 10 years of experience in the wealth management industry, Shannon brings a strong background in relationship management, operations, event planning, and strategic project coordination. Before joining Chamberlain Group, she worked as a talent coordinator supporting business development initiatives in both Michigan and New York before relocating to California.

Shannon earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences, streamlining operational processes, and supporting initiatives that help Chamberlain Group deliver lasting value to clients and their families.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters. She serves as a board member for her church's school program, where she supports initiatives that foster children's growth and education. In her free time, Shannon enjoys running, hiking, baking, and traveling. A passionate explorer, she has visited all 50 U.S. states and is always looking forward to her next adventure.

Sue Macke

Account Services Manager

Sue Macke leads as Account Services Manager at Chamberlain Group, where she manages new business implementation, administration, client service, and documentation. She brings broad expertise and a proven reputation for reliability and attention to detail.

Previously, Sue worked as a paralegal for J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC/J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and Washington Mutual Bank/WaMu Investments, Inc. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Science (Economics concentration) from Asbury College and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Irvine.

Outside of work, Sue enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.

Sydney Shedwill

Associate Advisor

Sydney Shedwill serves as an Associate Advisor at Chamberlain Group. She joined the firm in 2022, first as an intern before transitioning into her current role supporting both the investment and insurance teams. Sydney plays a key role in operations and client service, helping ensure a smooth experience for clients and internal teams alike.

In her role, Sydney supports new business implementation, administration, client service, documentation, and the preparation of client-facing materials. She acts as a liaison between advisors, operations, and clients, helping coordinate workflows and deliver timely, accurate service.

Sydney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Computing from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2024, where she was recognized on the Dean’s Honor List. She holds her Series 7 license and is currently preparing for the Series 66 exam. Known for her proactive and detail-oriented approach, she enjoys contributing to seamless processes and high-quality client deliverables.

Outside of work, Sydney is a Pilates instructor and enjoys staying active, reflecting her commitment to discipline, wellness, and continuous personal growth.

Angelena Madrid

Policy Services Administrator

With nearly two decades of experience in client services and office management, Angelena Madrid serves as Policy Services Administrator at Chamberlain Group. She specializes in delivering a personalized, “white glove” experience, coordinating directly with carriers, processing policy updates, and manages billing, claims, and records with care and efficiency.

Angelena is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance and has been recognized for her achievements in streamlining operations, training employees, and resolving complex client issues. Her most notable accomplishments include creating and managing a CRM database and improving customer service practices across teams.

Outside of the office, Angelena enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and her pup, Romeo. She also supports charitable organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association. Her love of nature and giving back reflect the resilience, compassion, and mission-driven focus she brings to client service.
